Shipping Methods and Costs

• For orders over €100, shipping inside Thessaloniki county, by our own means is free.
• For orders under €100, shipping inside Thessaloniki county, by our own means costs €10 (including VAT).
• For orders delivered to you by ACS Courier, the shipping cost is automatically calculated in your cart depending on your postcode/ zip and the total weight of the products. The minimum shipping cost is €2.95. The price includes VAT.
• You can pick up your order from our store for free.
• For delivery by transport company we only accept orders by phone or email.

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery by our own means:
  You can pay with cash when your order is delivered to you, free without extra cost.
• Cash on Delivery by ACS Courier:
  You can pay with cash to the courier company employee when your order is delivered to you, with an extra cost of €4.85 (including VAT).
• Direct bank transfer:
  If you prefer, you can deposit the amount for your order to one of our bank accounts using your Order ID as the payment reference.
