The semi-automatic three-phase welding machine ELMIG 410TH is intended for industrial use. It is suitable for welding common steel, stainless steel (INOX) and aluminium with wire of a 0,8mm to 1,4mm diameter. Full controlled thyristor recrifier makes continous current regulation with 1 Knob possible, where the initial value is 40A and the maximum value is 400A. The machine is equipped with digital ammeter so that the adjustment of welding current is very easy. The best welding quality is achieved with the electronic speed regulation, the powerful motor and the flawless mechanical section for the wire propulsion.
The power transformer is wholly manufactured from copper wire with double varnish insulation. The ventilator at the backside of the machine ensures the refrigeration of the transformer and the rectifier. The machine’s construction is made from steel sheeting (DKP) up to 2,5mm thick, and this is a great advantage.
The whole structure is painted with electrostatic paint. The welding machine ELMIG 410TH is wheel-driven for an easy removal to any place. In case of longer distances, there is also the possibility of connection to an HMG 2000 or HMG 1000 wire feeder.
In order that a water-cooled torch can be used, an autonomous refrigeration and water circulation system can be custom-built attached.
