The semi-automatic three-phase welding machine Elmig 425TH is intended for industrial use.It is wheel-driven for easy removal to any place.It is suitable for welding steel, stainless steel (INOX) and aluminium with a wire of a 0.8 to 1.6 diameter, with concomitant use of the HMG2000 or HMG1000.
The rectifier wih 6 thyristor allows the adjustment of the current intensity with a Model Two (pontesiometer) with an initial value of 40A to a maximum of 400A.
The diversity of this machine lies in the fact that it is used for welding with an electrode giving it a new dynamic for professional machines.
The machine is equipped with a digital ammeter so that the adjustment of the welding current is easy.
The self supporting machine frame is made of steel sheet (DKP) of a thickness up to 2.5mm. The whole structure is painted with electrostatic paint.
